Between them, our founders Richard Dixon and Rob Searle have over 40 years’ experience in the planning, surveying, property, development and land use sectors. With qualifications in surveying both Richard and Rob are also Chartered Institute of Housing Members, and affiliates of the RTPI. Since 1991 Richard has been a member of the RICS.
