Horsham District Council’s Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule has been found sound following the CIL Examination undertaken earlier this year. Dixon Searle Partnership provided the viability evidence to support the proposed charging rates for development across the District; providing HDC with both the rate setting evidence and support throughout the Examination process.
The Independent Examiner’s report, published today (2nd March 2017) on the Council’s website concludes that the draft Charging Schedule provides an appropriate basis for the collection of the Levy in the area and that the evidence used to inform the charging schedule was robust, proportionate and appropriate.
